"Being cool is overrated"
After too many Chicago winters, I moved to Los Angeles and expanded my talent acquisition expertise into the entertainment industry, where I met my future business partners, Aimee and Patrick. My recruiting journey spans across finance, trading, entertainment, cybersecurity, and publishing. I've led TA teams and recruited globally, from Sydney to London to Mumbai. This diverse experience has given me a wealth of best practices to share with clients and candidates. I enjoy solving 1,000-piece puzzles, listening to audiobooks, savoring a good Caesar salad with fries, and exploring LA’s Secret Stairs.

"I love a good chat"
I moved to Los Angeles by way of Connecticut and New York City, where I pivoted from a degree in English, into HR at Twentieth Century Fox. I stayed here a dozen+ years filling countless roles at Fox and Disney. In a bit of a plot twist, I joined a tech start up in 2022 and had an extraordinary experience successfully navigating new terrain at high speed. I depend on hard work and a whole lot of luck. I’ve known Patrick and Courtney for a dozen years and am thrilled to be on this journey with 2 of the very best! I cook, I travel, I manage, I stress - I problem solve.

"Wait tables...and just say "yes""
My recruitment journey began in Chicago, before heading West to Los Angeles. I have been fortunate to advance my career in Talent Acquisition with some of the world's most recognized companies, including: .AT&T, Comcast, FOX, Paramount, MTV, Nickelodeon, CBS & Showtime. Recruiting is my passion and I am grateful to reconnect and share this next chapter alongside Aimee and Courtney. Words of advice that I offer up to anyone who will listen: everyone should wait tables at least once in their lifetime and just say “yes”... you never know where an opportunity will take you.
